Planning Unit (As Head of the Unit) 1998 – 2004
DUTIES:
i. Analyzing of academic planning for Master plan development in the University.
ii. Producing of annual report and liaison with the Physical Planning Unit.
iii. Compilation of the quinennial plan of the University.
iv. Co-ordination of the University’s annual implementation budget and analyzing their financial prospects and problems.
v. Helping the University in Curricula revision and review activities as well as ensuring that the University compiles with procedures and guidelines on new programme development.
vi. Analyzing the actual resource utilization costs in the University.
vii. Evaluating the annual institutional performance against the quinquennial plan.
viii. Servicing of relevant committees and sub-committees as may be appointed/directed.
ix. Collection and storage of publications of statistical nature from other Universities.
x. Co-ordinating publication of the University records, statistics, research reports.
xi. Statistical collation and publication of programmes including FTE, for the University.
xii. Any other duties assigned by the Vice-Chancellor or Director of Academic Planning.
